Rhonda Loo confirmed to Maui Circuit Court

Hawaii: The Hawaii Senate has voted to confirm Rhonda I.L. Loo to the Maui Second Circuit Court. She was nominated for the position by Governor Neil Abercrombie in early April to succeed Joel E. August.[1][2]
The President of the Senate, Shan Tsutsi said of Loo, "Judge Loo is a person with great integrity and character and has been known to be extremely fair and thorough with her rulings. We are honored to confirm her to Maui’s Circuit Court."[2]
Loo has been a judge on the Maui Second Circuit District Court for thirteen years, and until recently, was the Deputy Chief Judge for the court. The term for her new position is ten years.[2]
