Richard A. Dollinger was a judge of the New York Court of Claims and an Acting Justice of the 7th Judicial District Supreme Court in Monroe County. He was appointed to the Court of Claims by former Governor David Paterson in 2009. His term expired in 2015.[1]

Education

Dollinger received his undergraduate degree from St. Michael's College at the University of Toronto and his J.D. degree from Albany Law School. He was admitted to the Bar in 1981.[1]

Career

Dollinger has practiced with the law firms of Underberg & Kessler and Barrett, Greisberger, Dollinger & Fletcher. He has also served as a justice of the Brighton Town Court. In 1993, he joined the New York State Senate, where he served until 2002. After leaving the senate, he continued to serve as a town justice until early 2008. In 2009, he was appointed to the Court of Claims.[1][2]
