Richard G. Ward was a judge on the Ross County Court of Common Pleas Probate/Juvenile Division in Chillicothe, Ohio. He retired when his term expired on February 8, 2015.[1]
Education
Ward received his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University and his J.D. from Villanova University.[2]
