Richard R. Bloxom
Richard R. Bloxom was a judge on the First Circuit Court for Worcester County in Maryland. He joined the court on December 2, 2005, and retired in September 2017.[1][2]
Education
Bloxom received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1969 and his J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School in 1976.[1]
