I worked for the college for ten years, and have lived in the area for seven. I'm committed to the success of the students and college and am looking to remain engaged to ensure the successes gained during my tenure working for the college are sustained.
  • I'm focused on transparency and accountability of actions. Where is the money going, and what were the factors behind the decision making.
  • The college needs to join the twenty-first century with regard to its business practices and services. How can it support a remote student body, and distance education without a robust remote work policy?
  • I'm concerned about hiring practices at a time when the state is fiscally constrained. Why are we hiring new faculty and staff when there is a strong likelihood of deferrals.
Fiscal accountability & continued commitment to the values and promises behind Measure AV.
Responsiveness to your constancy and a willingness to drive the hard conversations to serve the community that elected you.
At twelve, I dug ditches for a landscaping company, I did this through the summer. In high school I worked at a local donut shop for a year and a half at the age of fifteen
The students of the college, then the residents of my service area, and finally the faculty and staff of the college as a whole.
