Robert M. Evans
Robert M. Evans was a judge of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was elected to this position on September 8, 1994, and took office the following February.[1][2][3] Evans retired from the court in December 2014.[4]
Education
Evans received a bachelor's degree in political science from Ball State University. He graduated from the Florida State University School of Law in 1986 and later taught as an adjunct professor at Barry Law School.[2][5]
Military service
Evans served as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps.[2]
Career
Evans worked as an international lawyer prior to becoming a judge.[2]
2012 election
Evans was unopposed and automatically re-elected to the circuit court following the primary election on August 14, 2012.[6]
