Robert Patrick O'Leary has served as a town justice for the Manlius Town Court in Onondaga County, New York.[1] He first took the court bench in 2001.[2] He was re-elected to the Manlius Town Court on November 5, 2013.[3][4]

O'Leary ran for election to the Supreme Court, 5th District, in 2014.[5]

Education

O'Leary received his undergraduate degree from St. John Fisher College in 1975. He earned his J.D. from St. John's University.[6] He also has a master's degree from Pennsylvania State University.[2]

Career

O'Leary serves as the town justice of Malinus, New York. He has also maintained his own private practice since 1991.[2]
