Roger L. Perry
Roger L. Perry was a circuit court judge for the Seventh Judicial Circuit, which presides over Logan County in West Virginia.[1] He was elected to the court in 1992 and assumed office on January 1, 1993. Perry retired from the bench at the end of June 2015.[2]
Education
Perry attended both the West Virginia Institute of Technology and Marshall University and received his undergraduate degree in 1971. He then received his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1982.[2]
Career
Prior to his judicial career, Perry maintained a private law practice and served as a part-time assistant prosecutor in Logan County. He also previously practiced law in Mingo County and worked as a public school teacher and as a public health inspector.[2]
