Rosa C. Figarola was a judge for the Florida 11th Circuit Court in Miami-Dade County, Florida. She was appointed to the court in 2011 by former Governor Rick Scott and resigned from the court on September 3, 2021.[1][2]

Education

Figarola received her undergraduate and J.D. degrees from the University of Miami.[3]

Career

Before joining the circuit bench, Figarola was a judge of the Miami-Dade County Court from 2001 to 2011. Before that, she was an assistant public defender for the Eleventh Circuit. She has also served as a faculty adviser at St. Thomas University School of Law.[3]
