Roy Brun
Roy L. Brun was a judge of the 1st Judicial District (Civil Division) in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. He was re-elected without opposition in 2008 for a six-year term that was set to expire on December 31, 2014.[1] However, Brun resigned from the judgeship on February 1, 2014, to fill the position of Caddo court administrator.[2]
Education
Brun received both his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Louisiana State University. He was admitted to practice law in 1975.[3]
Career
Having formerly worked as an attorney, Brun served from 1988 to 1997 as a member of the Louisiana House of Representatives.[4]
