Sally Ann H. Bikin
Sally Ann Hekert Bikin ran for judge on the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania in 2011.
2011 election
Bikin won the Democratic party primary on May 17. She received 14.8% in the Democratic primary.[1] She was defeated in the general election on November 8, receiving only 8.9% of the vote.[2]

Education
Bikin earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from St. Joseph's University. She did additional course work at University of Rome, University of Sienna and Trieste University. She earned her J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1992. She completed Temple University's LL.M. in Trial Advocacy program in 1997.[3]
Professional career
Following her admission to the bar Bikin worked in private practice, opening her own practice in 1997. In 2008, she became a founding partner at Heckert Bikin and Pile, LLP. She has also served as a consultant for Philadelphia Corporation for the Aging and Philadelphia Coordinated Health Care.[3]
