Measure X approved the continuation of an appropriations limit for San Bernardino Mountains Community Hospital District of $3 million.[1]

The "Keep Our Hospital Committee" argued that the services of the San Bernardino Mountains Community Hospital District are extensive, high in quality and necessary and that the district uses tax support wisely.[2]

The question on the ballot:

In order to continue the current level of tax support, shall an appropriations limit, as defined by Subdivision (h) of Section 8 of Article XIII B of the California Constitution, be continued for San Bernardino Mountains Community Hospital District, Count of San Bernardino, State of California, in the amount of $3,000,000.00?[1][3]
