Sharon S. Sipes is a juvenile court judge for the Second Judicial District Court in Weber County, Utah. She was appointed by Governor Gary Herbert on October 8, 2013. The Utah State Senate confirmed her appointment on November 20 of that year.[1][2]
Education
Sipes was awarded an undergraduate degree in social science from Westminster College. She earned her J.D. from the University of Utah in 1994.[1]
Career
Sipes has been an attorney in private practice since 1998. She has also served as a public defender and done personal injury litigation.[1]
