Simone C. Polak
Simone C. Polak was a judge of the Maui Second Circuit District Court of Hawaii. She was appointed on May 28, 2004, and her term expired on May 27, 2010.[1][2][3]
Education
Polak earned a B.A. and an M.A. in criminal justice from the City University of New York, and a J.D. from the University of the Pacific.[4]
Career
From 1989 until her appointment, Polak worked for the Maui County Prosecuting Office. Prior to that she clerked at the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), a private law firm in California, and the Legal Services of Northern California.[4]
