Stephen B. Rubin was a judge on the Vicinage 13 Superior Court in New Jersey. He worked in the Criminal Division.[1] He was first appointed in 2002, and retired in January 2015.[2][3]
Education
Stephen Rubin received a B.A. from Rutgers University and a J.D. from Seton Hall University.[4]
