Stephen “Skeeter” Hubert
Stephen Hubert (also known as Skeeter) was a member of the Conroe Independent School District Board of Trustees in Texas, representing Position 7. He assumed office in 2022. He left office on November 18, 2024.
Hubert ran for re-election to the Conroe Independent School District Board of Trustees to represent Position 3 in Texas. He won in the general election on November 6, 2018.

2014
The November 4, 2014, general election in Conroe Independent School District featured three seats up for election. The Position 1 race featured Melanie Bush and Kim LeJeune since incumbent Mel Brown did not file for re-election. Position 3 incumbent C.J. Haynes also did not file for re-election, and three candidates, Carol Hamilton, Jason Millsaps and Stephen “Skeeter” Hubert, competed for his seat. Position 2 incumbent Ray Sanders was unopposed.

Funding
Candidates must file reports with the Texas Ethics Commission or the appropriate county clerk. They must disclose the amount of each contribution (or the value and nature of any in-kind contribution), the name and address of the individual or political committee making the contribution and the date of the contribution. Filers must also report all expenditures, including the date of an expenditure, the name and address of the person to whom the expenditure is made and the purpose of the expenditure.[1]
