Susan L. Orth was a judge for the Floyd County Superior Court in Floyd County, Indiana. She was appointed to the court by Judge Frank O'Bannon and assumed office on June 1, 2004.[1][2][3]

Orth was re-elected on November 4, 2014, for a term that expired on December 31, 2020.[4]

Education

Orth received her undergraduate degree from Indiana State University in 1981, her master's degree in criminal justice administration from the University of Louisville in 1982, and her J.D. degree from the Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 1985.[3]

Career

Before her appointment to the court, Orth served as a chief deputy prosecutor for the Floyd County Prosecutor's Office for fifteen years. She also previously worked as an attorney in civil practice.[1][2]
