Thomas J. Perrino
Thomas J. Perrino is an associate justice for the Massachusetts Superior Court. He was nominated to the court by Governor Charlie Baker (R) on August 1, 2018, and was confirmed by the Governor's Council on August 22, 2018.[1][2]
Perrino may serve on the court until he turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.
Education
Perrino earned a B.S., cum laude, from Fitchburg State University and a J.D. from Suffolk University, where he served as an editor of the Law Review.[1]
Career
Prior to his judicial appointment, Perrino was a first assistant clerk magistrate for the Barnstable Superior Court. He worked in private practice for 25 years, including 10 years as a senior attorney at Rubin, Rudman, Chamberlain & Marsh.[1]
