Thomas K. Baldwin is an associate judge of the 20th District Court in Oklahoma. He was elected on November 4, 2014, for a term that expired on January 13, 2019.[1]

Education

Baldwin received a B.A. in political science, along with minors in history and philosophy, from the University of Oklahoma in 1991. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with his J.D. in 1994.[2]

Baldwin ran for election to the 20th District Court.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 48.5 percent of the vote. He competed against Brett Morton, Tim Burson, and Bob Pinkerton.
General: He defeated Brett Morton in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 59.4 percent of the vote. [1][4]
