Thomas L. Clem is a judge for the Madison County Superior Court in Madison County, Indiana.[1] He was re-elected to the Madison County Circuit Court in 2014 to a term expiring in December 2020.[2]

Clem received his undergraduate degree from Ball State University and his J.D. degree from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis.[3]
