Timothy W. Chell

Timothy W. Chell is a judge on the Vicinage 15 Superior Court in New Jersey.[1] He serves on the Family Division in Gloucester County. He was appointed by Governor Chris Christie in 2011 and will be up for reappointment in 2018.[2]
Education
Chell received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and his J.D. from Temple University School of Law.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the bench, Chell worked as the municipal solicitor for East Greenwich, Swedesboro and Washington Township, and was the Glassboro prosecutor. He'd also served on the Mantua Township Council since 1997, and was selected as mayor for 11 years.[4]
