Todd R. Williams
Todd R. Williams is a judge for the Franklin County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania. He was appointed to the court in 2006.[1] He ran for the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in 2015.[2]
Education
Williams received an undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1988 and a J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1992.[3]
Career

Prior to becoming a judge, Williams served as an assistant public defender, assistant district attorney and chief deputy district attorney in Franklin County.[3]
