Tom B. "Tommy" Webb is a former magistrate judge for the Twenty-Sixth Judicial District of the District Courts in Kansas. He was first elected in 1988 and retired in 2016.

Webb earned his B.A. from Mid-America Nazarene University and his Master of Science Degree/Family Therapy from Clinical-Friends University.[1]

Webb, after winning the Republican primary, ran unopposed for re-election on November 6, 2012.[2] He was re-elected to his seat after earning 100 percent of the vote with 1,213 votes.[3]
