Vincent A. Foley
Vincent A. Foley was a judge on the South Dakota Third Judicial Circuit. He joined the court in 2007 and retired in July 2017.[1][2]
Education
Foley received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1984 and his J.D. from the University of South Dakota in 1987.[1][3]
