W. Timothy Finan

W. Timothy Finan was a chief judge on the Fourth Circuit Court for Allegany County in Maryland.[1]
He has served as a judge on the court since June 17, 2002.[2][3] He was appointed administrative judge of the Circuit Court for Allegany County, effective November 9, 2015.[4]
Finan retired from the court on August 29, 2020.[5]
Education
Finan received his undergraduate degree in business administration from Georgetown University in 1972 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1975.[2]
