The question on the ballot:
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of WASHINGTON COUNTY for the purpose of PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF THE COUNTY HOME at a rate not exceeding two (2) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty cents ($0.20) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2010, first due in calendar year 2011.[3] |
