Wayne A. Brooks is a judge for the Tenth District Court in Maryland. He was appointed by to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley (D) on May 22, 2014. His current term expires in 2024.[1][2]
Education
Brooks received his undergraduate degree from Howard University in 1979 and his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1984.[2]
