Woods received his undergraduate degree from the Ohio State University in 1968 and his J.D. degree from the Ohio State University College of Law in 1973.[3][4]
Career
Woods was a partner at the law firm of McNamara and McNamara, L.L.P. in Columbus, Ohio. He specializes in insurance, surety, directors and officers liability insurance, and fidelity law.[3][4]
