William M. Kolin
William M. Kolin was a judge for the Superior Court of Contra Costa County in Contra Costa County, California. He was appointed to the court by former Governor Pete Wilson in August 1997. Kolin was re-elected unopposed in 2010 and his current term was to expire in January 2017.[1][2] However, Kolin retired from the court, before the end of his term, on November 10, 2013.[3]
Education
Kolin received his undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University and his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent Law School.[2]
