Elkin A. Tolliver was a judge of the Delaware County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania.

Elections

2011

Tolliver ran unsuccessfully for re-election for the Delaware County Magisterial District. He received 46.7 percent in the Democratic primary and 48.6 percent of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] He was defeated by W. Keith Williams, II in both parties' primaries on May 17. Both candidates have cross-filed with the Democratic and Republican parties.[2]
