A Yachats Fire District Levy Renewal measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the fire district area which is in Lincoln County.
This measure was approved

This measure sought to renew the current property tax which is set at a rate of $.59 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for emergency medical services in the district.[2]
