Thomas M. Funk is a district court judge for the 15th District Court, which presides over Carroll, Grant, and Owen counties in Kentucky.[1] He was re-elected without opposition in 2010 and 2014, and his four-year term expired on January 6, 2019.[2][3][4][5]
