Lynne Ebenkamp is a retired physician assistant and registered nurse. She graduated from the registered nurses program at Long Beach City College and graduated from the University of Southern California/ Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center physician's assistant program.[1]

Lynne Ebenkamp ran against six other candidates, including incumbent Cary C. Chen and Gilbert G. Garcia as well as Wild Chang, Phillip R. Estrada, Anne Ma and Angelena Marie Pride for three seats in the general election on November 5, 2013.[2]
