Wild Chang ran against six other candidates, including incumbent Cary C. Chen and Gilbert G. Garcia as well as Lynne Ebenkamp, Phillip R. Estrada, Anne Ma and Angelena Marie Pride for three seats in the general election on November 5, 2013.[1]
