Manuel T. Valdez was justice of the peace for Precinct 5 in Tarrant County, Texas. He retired from the court after serving for more than thirty years.[1][2]
2010 election
Valdez ran unopposed in the Democratic primary. She defeated Cheryl Surber in the general election, winning 60.71% of the vote.[3][4]
