There was a Bel-Ridge Village Property Tax proposition on the February 2 ballot in St. Louis County for voters in the village of Bel-Ridge.
This measure failed
- YES 64 (32%)
- NO 136 (68%)

The proposition sought to levy a property tax on the villagers that was not to exceed 50 cents. The money generate from the tax would have gone towards the general fund of the village.[2]
