Five statewide ballot measures were on the June 11 and November 5, 2002 ballots in North Dakota.
- Two of the measures were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
- One of the measures was a veto referendum.
- One of the measures was an initiated constitutional amendment.
- One of the measures was an initiated state statute.
- Three of the measures were approved and two were defeated.
