Mary Kathleen Molloy is a judge of the Kentucky 16th Circuit Court. She assumed office on December 31, 2021. Her term ended on January 1, 2023.

She was appointed to the court on December 10, 2021 by Governor Andy Beshear to replace Gregory Bartlett.
Biography
Education
Molloy received her bachelor's degree at Northern Kentucky University and her law degree at Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to serving as a judge, Molloy served as a senior staff counsel to the Kentucky Supreme Court. Previously, Molloy practiced law with Arnzen, Molloy, Storm & Turner, P.S.C. for over thirty years. She has served as a member of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association and has been a board member of the Kentucky Defense Counsel. She has also served as the Kentucky State Representative for the Defense Research Institute. Molloy was a member of the Kentucky Supreme Court's Civil Rules Committee. She was also a member of the Chase Board of Visitors and the Northern Kentucky Regional Ethics Advisory Committee. In 2010, she won the Northern Kentucky Bar Foundation Lifetime Achievement Award. Molloy has also taught trial practice as an adjunct professor at Chase College of Law.[1]
