Benjamin Joesph Sexton is a judge for the Eighth Judicial District in Kansas. He was appointed by Governor Bill Graves in January 2001.[1] He was retained in 2014 to a term that expires in 2018.[2]

Education

Judge Sexton received his B.S. from the Kansas State University in 1983, and his J.D. from Washburn University of Topeka in 1986.[1]

Sexton was retained to District 8 with 74.7 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [2]

Sexton was retained to the district court with 73.3 percent of the vote.[3][4]
