Jennifer Brown is a judge of the Fourth Judicial District in Utah. She was appointed by Governor Gary Herbert on December 5, 2014, effective January 1, 2015.[1] She was retained in 2018 for a term that will expire in 2024.[2] Brown was elected Presiding Judge in January 2020 by the District Court judges of the Fourth Judicial District. She is the first female judge to serve as Presiding Judge of the district.[3]
Education
Brown received her J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.[1]
Career
Prior to her judicial appointment, Brown was a partner at the Tesch Law Offices.[1]
