Clayton County Probate Court, Georgia

The Clayton County Probate Court is a partisan probate court with jurisdiction over Clayton County in Georgia. The court has exclusive, original jurisdiction over wills, estates, and involuntary hospitalization of adults. The court may hear violations of state fish and game law, traffic cases, and certain misdemeanors when there is no state court present.
