Michael K. Cooper is a judge for the Otsego County Probate Court in Michigan.[1] He was appointed to the court by Governor John Engler in March 2000 and his current term expired on January 1, 2019.[2]

Cooper received his undergraduate degree from Hope College and his J.D. from Wayne State University.[2]
