Martha Clark (b. March 14, 1942) is a former Democratic member of the New Hampshire State Senate. She represented district 24 from 2004 to 2010.
Clark served in the New Hampshire State House of Representatives from 1990 to 2002. During this time she served as Assistant Democratic Leader. She was a candidate for the United States House of Representatives, New Hampshire, District 1, in 2000 and 2002. She then joined the New Hampshire State Senate in 2004 and has served in that position since. She is a past Democratic Liaison to the New Hampshire State House of Representatives and is currently President Pro Tempore.
Clark was a Teacher at the Metropolitan Museum of Art from 1964 to 1966. She also taught at Park School from 1968 to 1973. She then worked as an Educator for the University of New Hampshire from 1975 to 1977. She has been an Architectural Historian and Preservation Consultant since 1979.
Clark attended New York University's Institute of Fine Arts. She then earned her BA from Mills College in 1964. She went on to receive her MA in Art History from Boston University in 1977.

Clark ran for re-election to the 24th district seat in 2010. She faced no opposition in the September 14 primary but was defeated by Nancy Stiles in the general election took place on November 2, 2010.
