Glazer meets former classmate in courtroom

Judge Glazer made headlines in July 2015 after a video surfaced of an encounter she had with a burglary suspect in her court. During Arthur Booth's bond hearing, Glazer asked him if he attended Nautilus Middle School. After recognizing his former classmate, Booth starts crying and repeating "oh my goodness."

He was the best kid in middle school, I used to play football with him, all the kids looked up to him. And look what has happened. I’m so sorry to see you there.[5]
—Judge Mindy Glazer[6]

At the end of the video, Glazer wishes him luck and says she hopes he will get though this and "just lead a lawful life."[6]
