- 2005-2011: Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc.
- 2009-2011: Senior regulatory analyst
- 2005-2009: Senior integrated resource planning analyst
- 2002-2005: Project planner/manager, SSFM International, Inc.
- 1998-2002: Planner, Planning and program evaluation division, Hawaii State Judiciary
- 1992-1998: Staff planner, State Land Use Commission, Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism[3]
