Richard Harr ran for judge on the Fulton County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania.
2011 election
Harr ran for an open seat on the Fulton County Magisterial District. He was defeated by Tamela Mellott Bard in both parties' primaries on May 17. He received 34.1% in the Democratic primary and 36.2% of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] All candidates running for the seat were cross-endorsed by the Republican and Democratic parties.[2]
