Wayne F. Schaper Sr.
Wayne F. Schaper, Sr. was the Position 1 incumbent on the Spring Branch school board in Texas, where he also served as board secretary. The district was scheduled to have an election on May 10, 2014, however since both seats were uncontested, the district canceled the election.[1]
Biography
Schaper is a retired Spring Branch ISD administrator, principal and teacher. He and his wife, Ruby, have four children who are all Spring Branch ISD graduates. The couple has one grandchild who was enrolled in the district at the time of Schaper's tenure and two that are graduates.[2]

The district canceled this election since both incumbents were running unopposed. Incumbents Wayne F. Schaper, Sr. and Chris Gonzalez were elected by default.[1]
