Joseph A. Falcone
Joseph A. Falcone was a New Jersey Superior Court judge. During his career, he served in both Passaic County and Essex County courts. He worked in the Criminal Division, the Appellate Division, and served as an assignment judge.[1] Falcone retired from the bench in 2011. He died of pancreatic cancer in January of 2013.[2]
Education
Falcome earned a B.A. from Rutgers University. In 1968, he received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden.[3]

- 1980-1986: Chief prosecutor, Passaic County
- 1975-1980: Assistant prosecutor, Passaic County
- 1969-1975: Assistant prosecutor, Essex County[3]
