Virgil Middendorf is a meteorologist and information technology officer employed by the National Weather Service. Middendorf earned his bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota and his master's degree from the University of Wyoming.[1]

Billings is home to 104,167 residents, according to the United States Census Bureau.[3] Billings was the largest school district in Montana, serving 16,328 students during the 2013-2014 school year.[4]
