Charles R. Hickman is the chief circuit judge for the 53rd Judicial Circuit. It serves Anderson, Shelby, and Spencer counties of Kentucky.[1] He was re-elected without opposition in 2014, winning an eight-year term that expires on January 1, 2023. [2]
